Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The answers to the questions you often asked me.

I can’t read the CD I just burnt!

- If the CD is freshly burnt, you have to eject and close your CD-drive before Windows can access its content.
- Check that the audio CD setting of the Windows sound mixer is not “mute”.
- Some people don’t have a cable between their CDR-drive and their soundcard, but only with their CD-Rom drive. Try to read your CD from your CD-Rom drive then.

“Burn the playlist” isn’t in the Winamp’s menu!

- Did you properly indicate the main directory of Winamp (and not one of its sub-directories...) during the setup?
- Was Winamp closed whilst installing BurningCD? If not, try to re-install BurningCD.
- Verify you’ve a version of Winamp higher than 2.5, and older than 2.90
- Maybe you’ve several Winamp installations on your computer, and that you didn’t install BurningCD to the right Winamp.
- BurningCD does not work if the Napamp plug-in is installed
- BurningCD install itself in the Winamp’s menu starting with version 1.2.0beta; download the latest BurningCD version.
